BIOGRAPHY

Zhongyao Ma is a drug discovery specialist at WuXi AppTec, leading the new modality discovery platform and the target discovery platform. The role centres on early drug discovery and the identification of new modality compounds across peptide, antibody, and mRNA therapeutic classes.

Zhongyao also directs new modality therapeutics evaluation within early drug discovery, covering antibody-drug conjugates, in vivo CAR-T approaches, and peptide-antibody immunogenicity assessment. This work contributes to identifying and advancing novel treatment strategies across the wider development pipeline.
