Mari is the CEO and co-founder of Eascra Biotech, a nanomedicine startup pioneering precision therapeutic delivery with its DNA-inspired Janus base nanoparticles (JBNps). These non-lipid nanoparticles enable room-temperature-stable RNA therapeutics for hard-to-penetrate tissues.

Mari partners with NASA, the ISS National Lab, and Axiom Space to accelerate drug development in low Earth orbit. A recognized expert in business strategy and remote team leadership, she also founded Sophaya Consulting, the Remote Nation Institute, and authored The Remote Work Handbook.
