BIOGRAPHY

Jens Demand, the Director of Product Life Cycle at PATH, has a scientific background in chemistry and biochemistry. His industry career spans over two decades in biopharmaceuticals, including over 12 years in senior leadership roles at Novartis focused on vaccine and pharmaceutical development.

Jens has spent over six years leading a major CMC programme within PATH's Centre for Vaccine Innovation and Access. His technical assistance work supports vaccine manufacturers in low- and middle-income countries, building local production capabilities and strengthening global health equity.
